1. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, prompts, responses, frameworks, and system instructions in Hey Mary are the exclusive intellectual property of Mary Villagracia and Forefolk LTD.
Unauthorized copying, replication, resale, derivative creation, or reverse-engineering of the Hey Mary experience — in part or in whole — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
2. Non-Refundable Purchase
Hey Mary is a digital system that delivers proprietary strategic value immediately upon access.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Please review all product details and walkthroughs before buying.
By accessing Hey Mary, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
3. Intellectual Property Respect
Hey Mary is built to uphold and protect IP, both ours and others.
You may:
Request reviews or strategy support for your own original content
Submit screenshots or text-based input you have full rights to use
You may not:
Use Hey Mary to review, replicate, or “study” third-party IP, frameworks, or protected offers
Submit URLs, live pages, or material that does not belong to you
Request strategy breakdowns for copyrighted or trademarked content that is not yours
Any use of Hey Mary to assist with plagiarism, unauthorized duplication, or derivative work of protected material is a direct violation of this agreement.
Violations will result in immediate access termination and may trigger legal action.
4. Personal Use Only
(Except Authorized Affiliates)
Hey Mary is licensed for individual use unless you are an authorized affiliate operating under an active agreement with Forefolk LTD.
If you are not an approved affiliate, you may not:
Share, distribute, or publicly display her prompts, structure, or outputs
Use Hey Mary to produce content for resale, licensing, or use inside other offers
If you are an affiliate, your promotional rights are limited to:
Sharing approved promotional materials
Reselling Hey Mary only through official affiliate channels
Positioning her in your digital store or as part of your offer only if explicitly licensed for co-bundling
Affiliates may not reverse-engineer, modify, or white-label the tool under a different name.

5. No Commercial Derivatives
The sale or creation of any GPT, AI tool, course, service, or business offer that mimics Hey Mary’s core strategy flow, brand psychology logic, or tone-adaptive system is prohibited.
This includes “inspired-by” content in similar spaces such as:
Content planning or batching tools
Instagram or social media AI assistants
GPTs or digital templates based on strategy frameworks
To license Hey Mary for commercial bundling, contact Forefolk LTD directly.
6. AI Protection & No Replication
You may not feed Hey Mary’s structure, system logic, outputs, or prompts into other AI tools or automation platforms.
That includes (but is not limited to):
ChatGPT Spaces
Custom GPT builders
External writing bots or SaaS builders
AI transcription, scraping, or training tools
Hey Mary was created from proprietary strategy IP. Any attempt to replicate, remix, or extract that experience, whether manually or through AI, is a violation of protected intellectual property.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Hey Mary is a strategic content assistant, not a business guarantee, financial advisor, or marketing consultant.
All outputs are based on user-provided input. Results will vary depending on each user’s unique product, effort, audience, experience, market timing, platform changes, and implementation.
Mary Villagracia and Forefolk LTD make no claims or guarantees regarding visibility, sales, engagement, or revenue outcomes. By using Hey Mary, you acknowledge that any outcomes are your own responsibility.
8. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use Hey Mary. This includes:
The content you submit
The tone or positioning you approve
The strategies you implement based on her output
Your brand, business, and content decisions are your own.
9. Updates & Terms Acceptance
Forefolk LTD reserves the right to update Hey Mary’s capabilities, access flow, and these terms at any time.
Continued use of the assistant after any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You are responsible for checking the current version via authorized Forefolk channels.
10. Data Protection
Hey Mary does not retain personal data or store session history beyond the thread you’re actively using.
Once your session ends or your thread is closed, your input and strategy data is not saved, tracked, or retrievable.
11. Termination of Access
Forefolk LTD reserves the right to revoke access at any time due to:
Violation of these terms
Abuse or misuse of the tool
Attempts to replicate, resell, or exploit the system
Any behavior that compromises the integrity of Hey Mary
