1. Grant of License:

• The Forefolk Stocks ("Licensor") grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to use and modify our videos and images (“Products”) for personal and commercial purposes.

2. Permitted Uses:

• The videos may be used in advertisements, websites, social media, advertisements, and any other audiovisual or multimedia projects.

• The Licensee may modify and adapt the videos to suit their requirements.

3. Prohibited Uses:

• The Licensee may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the Products as standalone material or as part of a stock footage library.

• The Products may not be used in a way that is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.

4. Ownership and Copyright:

• The Licensor retains all copyright and ownership rights to the Products. This license does not transfer ownership of the Products to the Licensee.

5. Attribution:

• While not required, the Licensee is encouraged to provide attribution to The Forefolk Stocks when using the Products.

6. Warranty and Liability:

• The Products are provided "as is" without any warranty, either expressed or implied. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Footage.

7. Termination:

• The license is effective until terminated by either party. The Licensor may terminate the license if the Licensee breaches any terms of this agreement.
