What is your targeted, manual engagement service?

What is the process?

Once you've signed up, you will receive a welcome manual which includes everything from the discovery form to how we will communicate moving forward via Whatsapp.

After the form has been filled out, Mary will create an instructional template based on your answers which will be forwarded to the engagement manager who will be assigned to your account. We usually start every Monday, so if we're yet to begin, we usually log in during the weekends. The process of logging in is also included in the welcome manual.

Where are you based?

We are based in the Philippines. Since our country does not have reels yet, we will be using VPN with a US-based location, so you will not lose the reels feature. The assigned engagement managers have also been assessed and trained personally by Mary.

Will my account be at risk of getting suspended if there are multiple logins from different locations?

In over three years of logging into client accounts to manually do engagement work, none of our clients has been suspended due to multiple logins yet. On our first login, Instagram may just notify you of a strange log in attempt, but Mary will coordinate you especially if your two-factor is turned on.

Do you offer refunds?

Once we have already started working, the service you've paid for is non-refundable.

Can you work on my preferred time zone?

I prefer to have a flexible working schedule. One of the reasons is mentioned above. In case you have a preferred time, that is something that I am yet to discuss with the engagement manager that will be assigned to your account. Just let me know and I can check if it's doable with him/her.

Do you use bots? And do you have to get inside my account?

No, we do not use bots or third-party apps. A real person will need to log into your account because our engagement service is done manually. You can encrypt (conceal) your password via LastPass to securely share it with us.

What if the assigned engagement manager is not the right fit?

While it does not happen very often, there are times that the assigned manager isn't the right fit. But this usually happens during the fine tuning period. If the assigned engagement manager has difficulty with your account, we will transfer it to a new manager asap.

What is the fine tuning period?

With bot services, you can never really instruct them if the targeting or the comments are off. Since we are real people, it will be easy to coordinate the changes or the feedback you have about our work so far. We can apply small adjustments even if the work has already started. Mary will personally coordinate with you to make sure your concerns are addressed accordingly via Whatsapp.

What are the expected results?

Consistency in doing organic engagement results to organic traffic coming to your page. The main goal of the service is to build your visibility by getting you in front of your ideal audience. What are the working conditions of your team? Are they fairly compensated?

I am someone who is against exploitation in the workplace because I've been a victim of that in the past too— overworked and underpaid. Hence, I make sure that the same values are applied now that I am running my own business. My engagement managers have an absolutely flexible and no pressure working schedule. They can work from anywhere they want to. They get a fair share on the weekly rate from the accounts they handle. My husband and I run our team together and we make sure that everyone's time is respected and they are compensated fairly and timely.
