Is this refundable?

No, it is non-refundable. But it can be converted to store credit. So, you can still make use of your payment through another package that we are offering like targeted, engagement support.

Are you qualified to help me?

I have been working with coaches, entrepreneurs, and other industry leaders in growing and nurturing their community on Instagram since 2017. And from 2015-2017, I have been working as an Executive Assistant for digital marketers. As I evolve as an online service provider, my skills have also evolved with me. Is the kick-off call a strategy call?

No. It is a quick session (maximum 30 minutes) for us to further touch base and to address any questions we may have for each other before we get started. Most parts of the call will be based on the questionnaire you would have already filled out prior to the call. But don’t worry about feeling you won’t get enough support because I will be there for you through text support during the implementation week. As promised, I will never let you figure out the audit alone. ;)
